We were asked to create a perennial audio and multimedia tour for international visitors, covering the two spectacular conservatories and the park’s solar-powered sightseeing trolley.

Our MediaPacker™ devices were loaded with stories, interviews, videos and music from around the world, cultivating a self-guided experience that gave visitors the freedom to explore while still leaving time to soak up the natural beauty around them.

As the gardens’ popularity grew, we upgraded to our MPti™ device, adding richer multimedia, an interactive map and high-definition video. The success of the English-language tour led to new versions in Japanese and Mandarin, ensuring the experience could reach an even wider audience.

This project is one of many we’ve enjoyed in Asia, built on close collaboration and a genuine respect for the region’s unique way of working.
